P.J. O’Neil
President and Executive Director
Mr. O’Neil is a founder and owner of a poker marketing company (P3 Promotions) creating celebrity poker tournaments and providing poker seminars and lessons throughout the USA for charities and corporations alike. He is also one of the foremost experts on event marketing and political advance work active today.
He has managed high-profile projects, including events during the Presidents' Summit for America's Future, an event chaired by General Colin Powell that included the Presidents Clinton, Bush, Carter and Ford, along with hundreds of other politicians and celebrities.
He was the lead advance for Senator Bob Dole and Secretary Jack Kemp in the 1996 Presidential election campaign, where he traveled with the candidates and was responsible for leading an advance team tasked with some of the most high-profile events of the campaign.
Mr. O’Neil got his start as a site advance representative for the White House during the first Bush Administration. In that capacity, he designed and managed events for President Bush during his travel around the nation.
Brian Efird

Mr. Efird is the founder of Showtime Motorsports & Marketing, which manages mobile marketing tours and event marketing hospitality specializing in NASCAR for clients such as Coca-Cola, Pepsi-Cola, Target, Dr. Pepper, Red Bull, Budweiser, Price Waterhouse Coopers, and Citigroup.
Mr. Efird has managed event budgets in excess of $24M on behalf of the above client list. He is also the managing partner and creator of Victory Lane Poker, a NASCAR based website using a similar business model.
Luke Lincoln

Mr. Lincoln is the founder of The American Tailgater Company, a multi-channel marketer of outdoor cooking and picnic equipment to individual and corporate customers. Mr. Lincoln created the first print catalog and website dedicated to tailgaters and built partnerships with NFL and NCAA, including Chicago Bears and Cleveland Browns. Corporate clients include: Coca-Cola, Anheuser Busch, Dodge, Ford, Nokia, TNT Superstation, Sprint, and Tostitos.
Don Fiechter

In 1996, Mr. Fiechter co-founded World Touch Gaming, Inc., which supplies American Indian tribes across the country with Class II & Class III gaming equipment. Leveraging his knowledge of gaming and combining that knowledge with Internet advertising, Mr. Fiechter co-founded Visioneering Holdings, Inc.
Clinton Lowe,

Mr. Lowe is chief executive officer of C. Allen Lowe & Associates, LLC, an executive consulting and venture catalyst firm. Mr. Lowe is co-founder of Visioneering Holdings, Inc., and its respective subsidiaries. Mr. Lowe has also served as director of business development at World Touch Gaming, Inc.
Mr. Lowe is co-founder and chairman of Georgia Game Developers' Association, Inc. (www.ggda.org), a non-profit trade association for the video game industry in Georgia. Mr. Lowe’s other work in the video game industry include co-founding SIEGE, Southern Interactive Entertainment and Game Expo (www.siegecon.net) as well as CECIL, Committee on Entertainment, Capital, and Legislation. Mr. Lowe works closely with government, academic, and corporate associates to create and improve economic opportunities for the industry.
Paul Moriarity

Mr. Moriarity is a founding partner and executive vice president of World Touch Gaming, Inc. He started the company with Don Fiechter in 1995 to design and develop video games for Indian casinos. Over the years we have developed a library of titles for myriad applications in the Indian gaming, charitable bingo, redemption and sweepstakes markets. My role has been the management and control of company operations including Administration, HR, Finance and Accounting, Legal, Manufacturing and Material Control. Additionally, Don and I consult each other on the overall direction and strategic decisions of the company.
